Invited Jen, whom I met on tumblr and have climbed with at the gym, out to Riverside Rock Quarry for some outdoor climbing.
The Quarry is not very beginner friendly and Jen showed the rock who’s the BOSS on Whammy (5.10b) according to Mountain Project. Not sure which route tiff was on but it was a 5.10d that shut me down even when I was trying to cheat my way up.
You know what they say, if you ain’t cheating, you ain’t trying hard enough.
