Plastic Cups by Tara Donovan

Created out of thousands of drinking cups this plastic field measures approximately 50 by 55 feet. Resembling a topographical landscape, the staggered stacking of the cups causes me to view the piece as a swirling polystyrene ocean with ripples and wave reminiscent of a slowly undulating body of water.
